Excellent tutorial! I, too, enjoy making shapes in Solidworks that are not actually possible to physically make on Earth. My CPU definitely hates it, though- it really had to work its little butt off on this one. Now I can show this off to my friends, and when they ask "So, what is it?" I can just say "Pfff- you mean you don't know what this is??" ;)

Youtube has really been lacking on good SolidWorks tutorials. I have no formal education with SolidWorks (or any 3D design program) and with how many different features you use, it really helps me expand my capabilities. I have become more efficient with my drawings and really appreciate these videos. Thank you! 😊

Also, what kind of computer are you using? I doubt mine would let me make it through this drawing. It's nice to see that I'm not the only one who has models that put their machine to the test. 😅

I think the radii failed because you have to do the 3 long inside ones first. It doesn't like fillets that intersect at sharp corners. Filleting is probably the hardest thing to do in SolidWorks or any 3D software.
