there are dotted circles of threads shows up in model afrer you finish hole wiz. what could be reason ?

Sir, Solidwork mai drafting mai kisi part ko layer mai kaise use karte hai.jaise hum Nx mai use karte.
Example jaise humare pass rotor fan part hai jisme blade ko layer or plate ko layer mai daal kar ug mai view rakhte hai base hee Solidwork mai kaise karte hai ?
