Dr Mora and his Cast Saw

I survived getting hit by a bus. I have had many complex knee surgeries. I understand the pain my patients feel.

My specialization: Sports Trauma, Arthroscopy of the Knee, Shoulder, Elbow, Mixed Martial Arts and First Responder injuries. I emphasize accurate diagnosis and when possible non surgical treatment with Platelet Rich Plasma,Stem Cells and other Cell Based Therapies.

I also have a strong interest in regenerative medicine such as Platelet Rich Plasma, mesenchymal stem cell treatment, Lipogems, exosomes and other cell based therapies. I’m very interested in non surgical treatment of arthritis mainly because I suffer from advanced arthritis and I personally prefer to not have surgery.

LOL this video made my 7 daughter cry when she looked up if the cast saw is safe. This man knew what he was doing when he was making this video.

the first time i got my arm cast removed the doctor let me touch the saw and it didn’t cut but then it cut my cast and i had been confusing ever since

Basically I believe it only cause a friction burn cut if left on same spot for a long time

I’ve never been cut by one. I’m a pedi trauma surgeon now. Backup 20yrs I had 5 cast from racing accidents as a child. Two different times I told the nurse, I know the chances of cutting are very low, but it will burn me! What do you know? She left me with 1st & 2nd degree burns! The last cast I ended up with 1-2nd degree burns as well that required intervention!
