Putin's friend makes a big claim after meeting Russian President; 'Russia-Ukraine ceasefire...'

As the first grain ship out of Ukraine reaches Black Sea, former German chancellor Gerhard Schroeder has said that the 'ceasefire is possible' between Ukraine & Russia. Schroeder, who is also an acquaintance of Vladimir Putin claimed that he met the Russian President last week and that Moscow wants to negotiate a solution to the conflict.
