Thank you so much for doing this video. Since the beginning of COVID-19 I have been very depressed and not moving at all and therefore feeling as if I’m 100 years old! And I’m only 58. Just from exercising one time this morning I feel the world of difference! And I feel motivated to continue I’ve taken all your tips and all your suggestions and they are awesome! Thank you for making a difference in this Parkey’s Life!

"Understanding everyday holds new challenges" - from the moment you wake up, this is true. "And opportunities" - I guess, but, to be honest, just getting through the day is an accomplishment.
Difficult as it can be, you don't give up, and you do what you can. And exercise, doing as much as your circumstances allow, certainly makes a positive difference in how you experience life.
