I thought I was the only one who preferred the fennekin line shinies!

I honestly think the whole Fennekin line is pretty good in ✨ color, the purple makes it more magical, and keeping everything purple feels right.

Chespin's line is okay, but brown feels weird for the color, even though it looks like a chestnut more AND most fuzzy mammals have various shades of brown/tan for fur. I think a steel grey would've worked better 😂

Finally the Froakie line. I'm okay with the Greninja ✨, but feel the earlier Stages should've either been darker similarly or even make them red.

If they were going for a "Ninja" color for Greninja, why do Froakie and Frogadier look like milky frogs? It's almosy uncanny valley to Muk but backwards.

Hell, even if Froakie went green~ adjacent, it would still be better than "Eggshell" white 😂

Yeah, i started doing this after watching the Austin John video. Hint: 1 ditto can breed with multiple baby daddies at once. One thing to look out for, at one point i put an everstone on my sprigatito, but not the others, and it messee up. Ditto would only breed with the Sprig. So its an "all-or-nothing" thing. Give all parents an everstone, or a destiny not, or non of them.

Hint 2: Reset the sandwich. Great peanut butter sandwich last 30 minutes. You could run the buffs and collect eggs the whole timer. But the buff also make hatching faster. So i actually found it was good to collect eggs for 16-17 minutes. Break away early to hatch down at reduced time. No shiny? Restart your game where you saved right before making the sandwich.

Vanilla Butter Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened

1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

4 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 ½ cups (315g) self-raising flour

½ cup (125ml) milk

Pinch of salt


Optional Add-ins:

Zest of 1 lemon or orange (for citrus twist)

½ cup choc chips or berries

Buttercream or whipped cream for topping

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a round 20cm cake tin.


2. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.


3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.


4. Stir in vanilla extract (and zest if using).


5. Sift in flour and salt, then add milk gradually. Mix until just combined.


6. Pour into tin, smooth the top, and tap the tin gently on the counter to release air bubbles.


7. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.


8. Cool in the tin for 10 mins, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely

I did Triple Masuda method for the Gen 9 starters before the first DLC was even released, and I got all 3 starters shiny within 70 eggs. No dupes, 2 batches of eggs. It was awesome
