Flexibility is important! Telling us we should do it like this is different than getting us to flexibility to do it like that. We need to be shown how you take a totally inflexible person doing these exercises, and slowly, incrementally modify the strength exercises to develop more flexibility. I love your exercises, and your videos! They’re all too fast.❤❤❤

I’m sorry but, I’m an athlete myself and have injuries that doesn’t allow me to do those movements but, I keep my muscles strong and growing and it’s helps, I know mobility is very important but, it’s not all either as long I can do the stand from the yogi position seat and move the rest of your body you are good. No need for this extremes movements.
