The Galaxy S7 Edge has a full 1440P Ultra HD Amoled panel anyways. The S7 Edge has a very very sharp screen.

I hate when people make these types of videos claiming that it will work on any device but they don't mention until sometime in the middle of the video that you need a rooted device.

that requires you to root the device, no thanks, I do not want to lose the warranty for watching videos in 4k on my 1080p device.

You can watch in 4k on almost any device. You just have to shrink it and watch it in middle of your screen
