I cook chuck steaks in my air fryer in my semi truck. 15 minutes start to a freshly perfectly cooked medium rare steak in a semi? Can't beat it!

I just watched this and cooked mine 10 minutes on both sides for my own personal preferences and now I'm HOOKED on air frying steak! THANK YOU SO MUCH. I had a rib eye for dinner and another for breakfast. THE BEST.

I'll definitely be doing this. We just now started the carnivore diet this week. I've lost 5 pounds in the first 3 days. Thank you for your advice.

If you will put it on a rack and dehydrate it in the fridge for 12-24 hours. It cooks faster, gets more brown and crispy and off the chin delishious. Dehydrating in the fridge concentrates to the flavor.yum

Niiiice! Love different ways of cooking ribeyes! I just tried it with a frozen ribeye. Cooked on 450, 9 min each side. Needed a bit more time but OMG crispy tender goodness 🤤🤤🤤

I will try that Kelly. Currently I sear mine in a hot pan for 1min per side and then put it into my air fryer on broil (400 degrees) for 7 minutes and get a beautiful med/rare, but if I can have success with out having to use the extra pan I am all in!!

After viewing this Kelly...I MUST GET AN AIR FRYER! WHAT KIND SHOULD I GET PLEASE? I AM 73 & EXCITED about a whole new way to do what I have done a kakillion times before.
Any suggestions will be appreciated. It is just me so it should/could be small capacity. & does not have to have all the bells & whistles. I have limited fundsso I will most likely be cruising resale /online 2nd hand scources... so I need to make this count. Thank you & all your et alls (followers) in advance for answers/tips

I am 4 months carnivour having gone from 9 years clean/whole food plant based vegan to 100% carnivore literally from one day to next...at 1st BITE!

2 fun knee...not wanting to touch handel or smell any of this 4" by 4"package, I used kitchen shears to snip meat out of wrapper so I could just drop in hot pan.

OMG! It instantly went from smelling sicky raw smell to wafting an odor instantly causing me to drool!!! Feeling both really guilty but 100% committed to following this 180° diet experiment through. All guilt disappeared when I became FULL ON CARNIVOUR AT FIRST BITE!!!

Turns out this adversity to everything-about-raw meat caused me to not read the amount listed. I thought this was an 8oz serving...it was a pound!!! I ate a pound of meat out of nowhere

I could not believe how delicious & filling what I thought was 8 ozs. of cooked meat was. As I licked the plate juices, musing how Tetonic Plates had just shifted with a major paridyne upheaval of my moral consciousness realizing I had not even considered taking
one bite of the 2 veggie sides I made to eat along with this ground beef. I did not just like cooked meat...I LOVED IT!

I sooo looked forward to that next day's OMAD, I watch the clock from early morning on. Again not one morsel of 2 veggie sides or added salad tempted me. Third day the same...3rd pould of ALL MEAT FOR MO!

GADS I FELT ALIVE! By 4th day I realized the sudden-daily-fall-face first-asleep-into-food plate WHILE-EATING-SINCE 2016 had stopped...no... STOPPED!!!

For 6 years my primary has said all my labs were normal, with a 2 day sleep study (that was a special kind of hell which literally almost ended my life...while putting a new spin on an old adage, "she died in bed while awake...trying to sleep") ruled out narcolepsy as the cause.

Until one Monday at 7pm Central time, a Google search entitled, DESPERATE TO BE WELL/ INSULIN RESISTANCE/METABOLIC SYNDROME was pushed into a live feed of Dr.Ken Berry. As a newbie online person, I can now laugh at how startled I was when my enquire was immediately answered by what seemed to be GOD's command, "Get off all seed oils immedately".

Without hesitation, I jumped up, clearing out 2 full milk crates from frig/pantry/stash, utterly horrified how much unhealthy CRAPPOLA I was using for someone who for 9 years of following what I thought was clean/whole food plant based vegan diet.

AU CONTRARE!!! Turns out I was eating everything almond.. nuts/butter/flour/milk not realizing per Dr. Ken Berry's directives, almonds were amongst my most inflammatory protein scources. Only pecans, walnuts & macademia now stock my larder.

Similarly, in reassessed my other go-to-vegan-protein- scource, sunflower seed/oil was inflammatory as where all seed oils accept extra virgin olive & coconut oil; with avocado oil for high heat. I am still trying to find foolproof recipe for best & easy to make tasty mayo. Boy have I created some expensive mistakes trying to make olive oil mayo...being frugal, I MADE myself use them...ugg. Sooo very much traumatized by dismal failures, I get queasy just thinking about yet another must use flop.

I just realized how long ass this text is...my bad! So happy GOD's Providence blessed me with this clear direction and these fortuitous HAD-I-Nots--(HINs).
HIN googled myself into DR. KEN BERRY'sBKING CARNIVORE'S lair's live feed at that just right time and HIN mistakenly eaten such a an amount of meat, I am thinking the essential nutrients chronically deficient & lacking in this vegan's diet would not have lit cells up like a racetrack's
christmases tree signaling GO!

HIN, I might not have become an INSTANT CARNIVORE & HIN, missed the opportunity to come into the realm and inluence of you, KELLY HOGAN, aka, QUEEN CARNIVORE* & the (et alls.)

I have a ninja pot air fryer. I do steaks for 20 minutes at 390 from frozen. From frozen. Perfect lazy guy excellent steak method

Ribeyes, that’s what I’m talkin’ ’bout !!

I’ve gone to just putting the steak under the high broil elements until it starts bubbling on one side then flip it for a few more minutes.

Clean up is so quick. Wrap the bones in a paper towel, roll that up in the tin foil I cooked it on and into the trash. I love the air fryer, but it’s a lot more chore cleaning it.

I tried this, and it’s perfect! My air fryer has a pre-heat setting. I wondered if using the pre-heat setting and just setting it for ten minutes would work, so I tried it both ways. The timing came out just about exactly the same, so I can just put the steak in when I set the timer and then come back to flip it midway through.

I know how not to cook a steak in the air fryer. Cook steak, take steak out, forget to turn the air fryer off, fill the house with smoke while mindlessly eating your steak and watching football. Watch wife do the crazy dance just before the smoke alarm goes off. Face the wrath of wife. Perfect every time!😂

Chuck or shoulder roast type steak.
Put it in frozen. 25 minutes. Flip for 5 to 7 minutes. ALWAYS save a bite of charred fat, as your final bite. I eat off of a chuck for 4 days and a shoulder for 3 days. WITH room for a quick reheat cycle for leftovers, that aren't overcooked.
I DO STILL S-P-G season the meat. Overseasoning is always gonna be a problem, i foresee.
But, my last bite, always tells me, i cant wait to have that taste again. Mmmmm CHARRED FAT!!!

Chuck eye is so affordable. Half the price of rib eye and almost as good. Had one today.

Thanks for the tip, will try this tonight. Haven't had much success cooking my steak in the airfryer and would like a break from greese fat spitting everywhere! 👍

Maybe one day I can do medium rare but for now it's medium or medium well.
