Ingredients:
Rib tips
2 teaspoons of Nature’s Seasoning
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
BBQ sauce of your choice
Olive oil
Wash ribs and pat dry. Season the ribs generously.
Brown the ribs on all sides in a skillet. Transfer meat to a oven safe pan. Cover with foil.
Bake ribs in a 350 degree oven. Check ribs after 1 hour and turn ribs over. Add a little water to cover the bottom of pan (if needed). Place foil back on and return to oven for another hour or so. Check periodically for desired tenderness. I cooked mine for about 2 hours and 20 minutes. Time may vary depending on your oven.
Brush with bbq sauce. Broil for about 5 minutes (or less). Check periodically! Then ribs over and broil the other side. Serve with your favorite side dishes! Check out some of my other recipes:
