Mon: Legs & slow 6 mile
Tues: Upper body & 7 mile tempo run at 720 pace
Wed: Yoga & rest day
Thurs: Full body workout & 1 mile repeats 5 reps - rest 2-3 minutes after each mile
Fri: Kettle bell workout & rest day
Sat: Slow 6-8 miles | core & mobility workout
Sun: Long run - 12+ miles

I only had a couple weeks for tough mudder, a 15k mud run and now a week away to prepare for it. I did a full upper body workout and 4 mile tempo at 8.0 and I'm so out of shape! Referring to your videos to at least be able to get through the event. Thanks!

People dont be fooled this is solid but definitely not peak training. Most people marathon training at some point are doing long runs of 30-35k and threshold runs of at least an hour unless you wanna run into a brick wall and get spaghetti legs at mile 20
