2 (5 ounce) cans tuna fish, drained
1 tbsp mustard, dijon, yellow or whole grain
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp pickles, minced
2 ribs celery, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 large lemon, juiced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
