The problem with janet hypercharge would be the same as mico's, that she would waste the entire hypercharge while being in the super

My guess on how the hypercharges are gonna work according to your brawlers of choice (Word overload warning):
-Janet would probably do a hard dive to the ground when her super runs out, dealing lots of damage.

-Sam instantly charges his super whenever he uses it. So that he can at least use his gadget during the hypercharge.

-Bea would probably send her regular super in 3 additional angles in a sort of plus-shape. Slowing everyone down around her.

-Darryl would probably roll 50% farther and 50% faster.

-Squeak's super would leave a super large blob when it lands on the ground. Kind of a mid one, but Squeak's super is kind of mid anyway.

-And Tara's super would probably linger around a few seconds before it explodes/summons a shadow. Also stuns brawlers for a few seconds to prevent them from escaping, or make the area slightly larger.

The 6 supercell make skins will likely get their hypercharges all at once, but I'm guessing it'll be the update after this one

Bea hypercharge idea: The bees (once the super animation is over) work like Charlies spiders, they have a health bar that decays, follow enemies and attack them, but each hit gives a 0.5 second slow and they can float over water

Daryl Hypercharge concept:

On the Move: While rolling, Daryl frequently drops barrel bombs which do 2000 damage each, and at the end, he drops a Big barrel which does 4000 damage and knocks back enemies.

Here are some of my ideas

Bea - bees from the super sting the opponent, applying poison(more bees hit -> more poison ticks)

Darryl - at the end of his super he spins around shooting (like his gadget)

Sqeak - squeak's super slows the enemy after getting hit, it also gets increased radius

Carl - his super breaks walls, also stuns enemy for 0.1s after getting hit for the first time

Tara - enemies get dizzy, getting slowed down and losing 1 ammo after getting hit by her super

Janet - she throws 2x more bombs

Every update, a rare brawler gets a hyper, right now the only rare brawler who doesn't have a hypercharge is poco, so i think poco is getting a hyper

I think a good Darryl hyper charge would be A longer super but with the ability to stop the super at any point. But it also carries enemies with him

The six brawlers who are getting supercell make skins will not be getting hypercharges this update they'll most likely get them in the November update cuz the campaign ends on September 15 and brawl talk is gonna be on August 24th

Chuck Hypercharge idea: Chuck can place down Hypercharged posts that stay down even after the hypercharge runs out, where if he passes through said posts, he gains a buff. 
The more posts he passes through at a time gives more buffs, like
1 post gives a damage buff for 5 seconds

2 posts gives a reload speed buff for 5 seconds
3 posts gives an attack speed buff for 5 seconds
4 posts gives health regeneration for 5 seconds.

Really wanna see a bonnie hypermarket and here's my somewhat complex idea for it:cannon form:while bonnie is in her cannon, she receives the sugar rush gadget bonus which will stack with the actual sugar rush gadget when activated during the duration of the hypercharge. Bonnie form:when launched out of her cannon, her blast radius creates a .5sec stun, and bonnie herself gains one more ammo bar during the duration of the hypercharge. The stat bonus for her cannon form will be 20% shield, 25% dmg, and 0%speed. When launched, the stat bonuses change to 5% shield, 20% dmg, and 26% speed. UNIQUE TRADE-OFF:Bonnie's hypercharge duration will be shortened by 30% compared to other hypercharge duration to counteract these bonuses.

For Bea’s hypercharge, her super could make enemies have an effect where they take bonus damage from other attacks so it would buff her real super, her charged attack 👍

I have idea for bea's hypercharge: now her super slows everything (speed, projectile speed, delay between atacks, reload speed)

I don't believe that any of the Supercell Make brawlers will get a hypercharge next update because the campaign hasn't ended yet and they need time to actually make the skins
Also, I want to try guessing what will be their hypercharge too:
Chuck - Trailblazer: Chuck set the ground on fire when rushing with his super (like Carl) or create when he put a pole (around the size of Barley's attack);

Janet - Firecracker: The rockets from Janet's super knockback enemies. (Just like Mico, if she uses her super, the effect will continue even if the hypercharge ends);

Sam - Knuckle Head: While without his knuckles, Sam moves faster and has a shield that protects him from damage by 20%, and cannot be knocked, stonned, slowed or thrown.

Buster - Curved Screen: Buster's super is bigger and his deflections curve into enemies. (Like Piper);

Grom - Reckoning: Grom's super explodes on landind and when it crashes into a wall. (You can be damaged by both the super and the explosion);

Carl - Drilling Drive: Carl destroys everything in his path
