1¾ teaspoons kosher salt
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
¾ teaspoon instant yeast
1 egg
Egg wash, for brushing
Flaky sea salt, for topping

I have a cosori dual blaze so it does not have a proof function which means I just have to let the dough proof outside. How long do I leave the bread outside to proof for the first and second time around? I assume baking time is the same for dual blaze? Thank you

I guess because your machine just select "proof" you don't know what that temperature is? Mine has no selected setting.
