EASY Air fryer Bread! Air Fryer Soft Dinner Rolls

Air Fryer Dinner Rolls:

- 280 grams all purpose flour (2 cups)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 200 grams milk ( 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 7 grams dry yeast ( or 1 sachet)
- 45 grams butter ( 3 tbsp)

For the egg wash:

1 beaten egg
1 tbsp milk

For when the buns are done baking:

2-3 tbsp Melted butter

Excellent! BTW, I often intentionally make too much dough, placing half in the fridge then pull off a bit for one roll as needed, or the whole thing for another loaf, etc. I happen to have some dough in the fridge right now, and I think I’ll make a couple rolls in the air fryer. Thanks for suggesting it, because I never thought of it!
