My Dad passed away at the end of July last year. Aortic Stenosis was the cause of his death. He was 80 years old.
His Dad had a heart condition and passed away in 1975 just before his 59th birthday. He was also diabetic.
My Dad was Type 2 Diabetic and had been for about 25 years. He controlled it with Insulin injections and tablets. Is there a link between Aortic Stenosis and Diabetes? I ask as my younger Brother is Diabetic and controls it with medication and diet.
