I like to visualize the quantum circuit as a 4D/5D hypercube (stack of containers for tensor states) with a head and tail plotted at W, ranging in + or - directions.

A protocol is a predefined set of rules (= everything written on the whiteboard until here: 11:27) that determines how qubits in a quantum circuit have to be transformed (with some predetermined goal in mind). Alice and Bob have to follow the quantum teleportation protocol to get the desired outcome. Alice only has a choice in which qubit she wants to transfer.

The Q bit at start have a unknow state (they are in superposition 50%/50%). The measurement in A implies that B will read the inverted value. But if A read its Q bit, the wave function colapse, so B cannot read the inverted value. May be in this scheme, the wave function doesnot colapse... With the A value, the message is encrypted and decrypted in B with inverted A value. There is no teleportation and nowadays, this wording is avoid. There has been a lot of experiences trying to influence the value of A (little magnetic field, lazer, etc...) and see if there would have a little little spooky effect at distance but up to now, nothing and in particular, the colapse of the wave function does not prohibit the test of the value in B. In fact researchers are in a cul-de-sac while quantum computing is developping, "teleportation" remains inaccessible.
