A more complete answer would be that the vast majority of screens can be handled with MVVM, while a few of the most busy/interactive screens with lots of asynchronous events and user click options would qualify for a MVI setup. At least that is what we're doing

If you use RxJava Disposables for your async calls in your MVP design, doesn't this fix the memory leaks and/or orphaned background processes when the activity dies?
