You shouldnt see the slow charging as a minus point. Because this relly extends the long term durability of the batterie, im using a 4 year old sony phone and thanks to the batterie care functions of the sony phone batterie life isnt terible after 4 years

I wish Sony makes a grand comeback in the Philippine market... I've been wanting to use a Sony phone again but buying online guarantees no warranty so whatever happens to my phone I have no proper Sony service centre to rely on here.

The 5 ii is just perfect, beautiful 21:9 display, solid build and perfect size. Gonna be interesting to see how Sony improves upon this, there's much to improve in terms of Sony apps, but other than that they have hit almost perfection.

This phone is as close to perfect as I have ever seen. Two huge missed opportunities though (which should have been easy to implement too): the google assistant button should be re-programmable to have other functions, and given the fact that the phone already has a glass back, there is no excuse for omitting wireless charging.

Hopefully in the next iteration Sony will fix these issues. Also if Sony put the google assistant button on the top, it could fuction as a soulder button alongside with the shutter button. Just imagine having a phone with physical shoulder buttons, would give be a huge advantage for many of us who like to game on our phones.

This looks like an excellent phone. I would absolutely buy it if my Xperia XZ Premium getting issues but its still totally solid 4 years on

the photo comparisons you do are with the stock photo camera app of the pro? i know with the pro camera app you can make nice photos but you need time to put all the settings right and that can be nuisance i guess when you quickly want to make a good photo at night or so
