We snacked our way around last week and loved almost everything! I got the traditional mac and cheese twice. First time was great but the second time I must have gotten the bottom of the pot or something because the sauce was clumpy and dry which was a bummer. Best bite I had though was the liquid nitrogen sweet potato mousse! 😍😍 hoping they bring that back next year!

How about a Southern Comfort Booth with fried chicken, braised greens, mashed potatoes. Lots of great drinks and desserts too! A nod to Chef Art Smith's Homecoming!

We were there last week - we liked the cheesesteak mac & cheese (our portion was much bigger), we liked the beef bourguignon from France, the griddled cheese from Greece, the Zebra Dome, the chocolate pudding cake from American pavilion.

The portion sizes have definitely shrank, it happens in all the Festivals after the first two weeks 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi Deni! I have a trip coming up and can't decide between 1900 Park Fare or Minnie's Hollywood & Vine. Any insight? Which would be better as a solo visitor?

I absolutely love pomegranate seeds, but, given the time of the year, and the fact that Disney did make a feature out of a Greek myth, be careful how many of those suckers you eat.

P.S. I LOVE jalapeno corn bread, though I would be disappointed were it not at least a little spicy. If it's not burning a portion of your insides, it's not real food!!!
