There is no upper limit a couple can undergo for IVF trials. The most successful trials comes within first 2 or 3 trials. If after repeated attempts, there is no success in IVF, then there is a major issue of the egg, sperm or the uterus. As the IVF procedure is very expensive and very emotionally exhausting, it is generally not recommended more than three trials in a couple.
