Here’s your next leg day workout. Now I’m not saying it’s going to be pleasant but you definitely will sorta / kinda love it 👀

For anyone new to the gym and seeing this and wanting to copy it. The names of the excercises shown in order is

Deficit Stiff Leg Deadlift
Low bar back squats
Elevated forward barbell lunge
And the last 2 were Leg presses feet together focuses it on ur quads feet apart focuses on ur adductors mostly but u may get some glute activation

Tips from me to u to get form down correctly

1. The deficit version on a deadlift is a but more advanced if ur a beginner do them on the floor first so u can get used to bracing ur core by putting the bar bell fully down resting before bracing again. U don't need a lifting belt if ur lifting less than ur own body weight. This is a Leg excercise not a back excercise your power will come from your legs not ur low back if u use ur low back it will hurt and u will hate this. Also get some wrist grips/straps ur grip is weaker than ur Leg muscles.

2. Try doing this on a smith machine first so u can get used to foot placement and such. The bar sits on ur traps not ur neck. If it hurts grab a barbell pad, get one with velcro ties. Or do what I do and do Zercher squats instead, hold the barbell in the crooks of ur elbows like a large baby and squat, u WILL FOR SURE NEED SOME PADDING

3. These can also be done with dumbells. I personally find them very unstable and hurts my knee. So I do them on a smith machine and put a pillow on the floor.

4&5. I would swap this out for a Leg extension instead. U already have a glute movement AND a quad movement earlier in the workout. Squats hit 3 of the 4 heads in the quads which may lead to knee problems because u aren't making the 4th head stronger and the best excercise for the rectus femorous is Leg extensions

I see so many influencers doing deadlifts like her or single leg deadlifts...why do you not do conventional deadlifts?
