my screen was non responsive.. i had to send it in to samsung for repair. free of charge since it was within the year manufacturer warranty.

Solution:
REPLACED LCD

That helps from the screen freezing but why can it not run a few applications without going black? I've only had it 3-4 months, it's like the system just keep up sometimes. If I have my map up and have it turned sideways while I'm driving, then someone call me. When I turn it right side up to answer it the screen goes all glitchy and I have to push the power button or close it. Then when I open it or unlock it, the person has already been hung up on. These things are really annoying as this is a NEW Samsung ZFlip 5 and is not a very cheap phone. So why is their so many issues I have seen on line with this phone.

For me, the cover screen stays black and doesn't work now. Not sure what to do.

My flip only work at cover screen, but the main screen unresponsive after restarting my phone and unlock from cover screen only..how can i solve that?

My biggest issue is with google maps. Sometimes I cant bring up the home menu button bars to either change apps or close google maps... Then I get stuck with a map on my phone.
