Показать описание
Pickling eggs is an easy way to pack so many flavors into a typically bland protein snack. Brushfire Eggs, like the name would suggest, is a blend of smoke, heat, and herbs infused into hard boiled eggs. This recipe takes very little time, is a great addition to charcuterie boards or an on the go breakfast, and also makes for great gifts to your foodie friends. The ingredients and the supplies necessary to make these are listed below and please feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions.

6-10 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp peppercorns
1 tbsp pickling spice
