Heads really need to roll in that hospital. Just as in the police, it is vital that the principle of covering up and "protecting your own" should be seen for what it is whenever serious crime is involved - tantamount to complicity in serious crime; and you don't get much more serious than this.

I simply cannot comprehend the trauma of these parents. To carry a child for nine months, only to have a nurse murder him/her is simply unimaginable.

The Death Penalty needs reinstating in The UK for 100% proven murders. If she receives a 30+ to whole life sentence, this is yet another cost to The UK Tax Payer.

The hospital administrators effectively aided and abetted Letby in her crimes. My understanding from memos that have been revealed shows that they implied that the doctors responsible for the babies were scapegoating Letby for what was implied were their failures. A memo from the administrators said that if the doctors reitereated their concersn "There will be consequences".

When my next grandchild is born I've been thinking i may well employ a private nurse to oversee on a 24 hour a day basis untill the baby leaves the " care " of the local health authority!

It shows that Peter B had never worked as a Nurse, Health Authority should be partly responsible for what Letby may have done, had Health Authority diligently applying minimum two staff per shift those 7 babies could still be alive. Health Authority is partly responsible!
