Yes, ADF is my new niche. I started last month and it's getting me to the place I want to be. I will still do a 72 hour water fast occasionally. On my eating days I only eat one meal around 4, or 5 and don't eat after 8.00 pm. I usually start with Avacado, blueberries and Apple. At times before I can eat the regular meal, I'm feeling full after the fruit. This is what works for me! Thanks Chris ..

I'm in tears because I had heart attack June 2023 and need a double bypass. I have to lower my alc first 😫and lose weight. I believe fasting and detox will delay a surgery. Thank you from my heart ❤💙💜

So glad you did this video because I broke my 72 and converted it to an ADF! But my ADFs are running 42-46 hours of a fast..

Talking about Balancing Hormones!!! I started ADF a week ago and my long long time no see menstruation came back with a vengeance. I was beginning to wonder if this was normal but you shed some light on this for me. Thanks Chris.

I’m doing ADF with 36 hrs of fasting (sleep-fast-sleep-eat) most of the fasting is while sleeping!. I’m also eating mainly protein (grass fed hamburger) so muscles soak it up (reduce any muscle loss).

I'm feeling more motivated about ADF after this. I already do IF. Been trying to surround myself with like-minded people who do fasting so I can stay with the mentality. Really enjoying AHA in the Mighty app too. Really appreciate this channel.

I’m glad I found your channel, I started having heart palpitations in the beginning of the year . I’m now 28, after multiple trips to the doctor and them telling me everything is fine I started diving in to more natural ways . I’m currently on day 63 of a juice fast and I haven’t experienced any heart palpitations, I can’t wait to dive more into it and eventually do water fasting as well . Appreciate all that you do !

In the month of June, I am doing ADF and on my eating days, I am taking ONLY grapes. So its a 30 days ADF/grape diet challenge. Wish me luck everyone.
