I was trying to predict for one dataset with 7 independent variable, but when I try to fit a model it says 'AxesSubPlot' object is not subscriptable

sir, you kindly take some image as example then convert into csv file so we can do analyses, but i have few doubt for example cardiology image how we convert into csv? how we separate number of features and target ? I can understand analysis part only issue is that conversion image into csv file. kindly give example or reference book, videos Thank you
