Lemon lovers, unite! These Frozen Lemon Yoghurt Cups are exactly what you need for an energising dessert.

Refreshing, zesty, and made with DODONI Greek Yoghurt, this dessert is the perfect homemade treat with an extra rich and creamy finish.

Ingredients
• 6 lemons
• ¾ cup sugar
• 1 and ½ cups DODONI Greek Yoghurt
• 1 cup double cream
• 6 tbsp lemon juice
• 3 tsp lemon zest

Steps:
1. Whisk the double cream in a bowl until stiff and fluffy. (If double cream is not available, substitute with whipping cream or heavy cream).
2. Add in the Greek yoghurt, sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice and mix well until combined.
3. Transfer to a baking dish and place in freezer overnight or until frozen (at least three hours).
4. Prepare your lemon cups by cutting off the top of the lemon and a thin slice from the bottom so they sit flat. Remove the lemon flesh, and put the lemon cups and their tops in the freezer until ready to plate.
5. Once your ice cream mixture is frozen, remove it from the freezer along with your lemon cups. Spoon the ice cream into the frozen cups.
