Opossum - interesting facts in the descriptions

Found this little guy in the garage so I did a bit of research. These are just few interesting facts about Opossums:

1. Opossums are marsupials like kangaroos and koalas. The females carry their young in a pouch.

2. Opossums are known to "play dead" but in reality it is an involuntary response triggered by intense fear.

3. They serve as pest control. They clean the neighborhood by eating ticks and other pests. They also keep away cockroaches and rats.

4. Opossums are mostly immune to rabies and to snake venom.

5. They've been around since the time of the dinosaurs.
