I adore the rift between easy tools, that you have at home, and basic tools, which a profession needs.

i used to make celtic rings from silver wire when i was younger. my grandparents used to own a craft shop that sold everything. sadly when they passed away most of the stuff in the shop was thrown into a skip as my aunty had no idea of what was in the shop. they chucked loads of silver wire and tools into the trash. i was so gutted. lost so many tools from the shop. i must get back into making stuff again. these days i tend to use computers and resin printers and then have them cast. miss the old ways. well not that old but old if ya know what i mean. thanks for a great video.

I see the "not basic tools" comment a lot so I'm just going to chime in and say I am in the process of making this ring for a family member and I love it. These are pretty basic jewelry tools and, with a bit of ingenuity, I can (probably) make this!
Definitely gonna take some practice though...

Ughhh I love the details. Literally moistens my brain... I love how this bro is explaining what he's doing and even gives alternatives in a way that before you even have a question, he already answers it. Leaving me personally - fully satisfied. This is that type of ASMR video. And and... THE TOOLS... THE TOOLS!!! SO MANY AND SO USEFUL!!!

The pattern reminds me of laurel wreaths! These would also make some pretty unique wedding bands.

I've spent a small fortune gearing up to start making jewellery but after watching this video I realise I have next to nothing. I really do have basic tools but they do work. I'll get equipment bit by bit when I progress.👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Absolutely GORGEOUS!!! It always looks so easy in the tutorial, but if I attempted this, I believe it would look all wonky as if a 5 year old child had made it! (For the record, I'm a jewelry designer and I have worked with wire before, but not at this superior level.) Beautiful craftsmanship and such a lovely yet masculine design! A+ 😉💕💫

Hello GomeowCreations! Thank you for posting this detailed video. Many years ago my Dad brought this style silver ring from Belgium as a gift for me and I've always wondered how it was made. Thank you for posting this video, now I know. Sending you the very best wishes. 💖
