How do you manage big emotions when they hit? It's a big problem for many of my clients. It can show up as rejection sensitivity, ruminations, impulsive outbursts, overwhelm and more. Share your thoughts and questions on this episode here, or join us in ADHD Support Talk Facebook group to keep the conversation going!

Thank you so much for sharing the hot car story. It helps so much to think I am not alone vs. I am insane.

Hi from a little regional town in Australia 🦘. I’m recently diagnosed (Inattentive) and your talks are helping me so much 🤩. I’ve spent all my 52 yrs convinced I’m stupid and incompetent and dealing with suicidal tendencies and attempts but now I’m learning I’m ok, just always been ‘wired’ differently AND I’m not alone 🌈.
One request please would be to add any links or resources discussed during the shows to the show details. Personally I have a little trouble with the accents and speed of what the presenter or guests are saying when I’m trying to note down the web links or book titles. I end up having to play those sections repeatedly and sometimes I’m still not getting them right 😊. Thanks again for this fantastic resource🌻
