Humphrey won me over when he fell out of the window. I couldn't stop laughing. :)

I’ve loved all of the DIs they need to be different from their predecessors to make them more believable. The mix has been great

Gosh I wish Richard wasn’t killed off because I’d have loved to have seen him and Humphrey interact and play off each other. The banter between Kris and Ben is brilliant.

I am so glad I watched this because that scene of him been murdered was so real. I watched this full series over 10 times and always skipped this scene. I’m a huge fan of your show. I feel I’m on vacation all the time. I’m from Puerto Rico and we have 365 beaches but I live now in Georgia, USA. Watching the show it takes me to a special Paradise. Im 68 years old now and I’m hoping sometime in my lifetime I can visit Guadeloupe and go to Catherine’s bar. I’m also a big fan of Beyond Paradise. Please don’t put a DS woman. Great show 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🙏❤️🇺🇸

Took a bit, but came to appreciate humphrey, to the point where i was sorry to see him leave...can't really say that about the subsequent ones. Nothing against them, but it's too different.

I can understand why they had to replace Richard Poole, he hated the tropical climate and made the rest of the show annoying for me, but for him to end up dead? I would have preferred if he finally found a replacement job back in London and Commissioner Selwyn felt annoyed for once, that would have been a more humane way to end DI's misery?

As much as I liked Poole, I think it was good to switch detectives. There wasn't much more they could do with his character and I'd rather a new one take his place than for his character to become stale. As for him dying, I think it was the only way that made sense for his character. It wouldn't make sense for him to choose to leave at that point, as he'd just chosen to stay in the final episode of the previous season.
As for Humphrey, he's my least favourite. Not because he's bad, but because I just think the others are better, it's a testament to how good the characters are when I still like my least favourite. However, I wasn't a fan of the direction they were going with him and Camille.

Ben Miller was brilliant as DI Poole, but as a person I liked Humphrey Goodman far more. Everyone should wonder with whom they would rather sit in Catherine's bar in the evening or discuss private concerns - a pinched genius like Poole would not be my first choice.

A morte no Paraíso já não é o mesmo sem Charme da Camile ( Sara Martins ), para mim sem a Camile perdeu o interesse
