Can you retest GTX 1050 Ti on Shadow Generations?

Shadow Generations (powered by Hedgehog Engine 2) and the remastered Sonic Generations (still powered by HE1 like the original) are actually two different and separate games bundled together. Yeah, confusing.

Couldn't the gt 1030 handle more than low? The steam page lists a gtx 550 as a minimum rec for the game.

What emulator and how are running the game so well?? i can only get around 50-56 maybe 60 if I'm alone.
