The Polaris Dawn private (well, at least not government sponsored) mission of 2 guys and 2 gals returns to splash down in the open ocean after 5 days in space. They reached a record altitude (if you don't count the Apollo program) and did the first private spacewalks (or at least egresses). The mission was a success, with no significant problems reported, and the redesigned SpaceX spacesuits worked well.

The astronauts were Anna Menon, medical officer, who was the first to exit the Dragon and wave, Jared Isaacman, who paid for the whole trip, pilot Kidd Poteet, and SpaceX engineer Sarah Gillis. Isaacman and Gillis did spacewalks during the mission.
