Oneness & Trinity are not a difference in semantics only!

Amen” Oneness is correct, Jesus is credited for the actions of the Father in the Old Testament, James said Jesus was merciful to Job James 5:8-11, the Lord who’s coming back is the same Lord who was merciful to Job in vrs 11, and we know it’s the Father who did that, clearly he’s not another person, he’s the spirit of the Father 1st, and later took on humanity as the Son and the Holy Spirit is the Father functioning, that’s why when the Holy Spirit works the Father is credited “ such as I will put my spirit in you and I will cause you to keep my commandments, not the spirit functioning independently as another entity, so that’s the same one, likewise the Son was given the judgment but it still says the Father will judge by the Son, which shows the Father functions the man otherwise the Son would be someone else doing it

I think my main persuasion for believing the Trinity best describes God, as opposed to oneness, are:
- the different manifestations of God in the old testament
- how Christ speaks to and refers to the Father and refers to The Spirit.

Oneness here. No malice or sarcasm, genuinely curious. From the Trinitarian viewpoint, when Jesus died on the cross, did he cease to exist in the Godhead?

Do you believe that this is an issue of salvation? Meaning that believing wrong on this issue results in one not being saved. I’ve heard both Oneness(es?) and Trinitarians preach this, however I see salvation as believing in what Christ done in his life, burial and resurrection (the Gospel), and placing your faith in Him, and I personally believe both people who believe in the Trinity and in Oneness theology are capable of doing this.

Oneness came out of the Trinity, same stock same concept just explained differently but both sides do not believe in the Jesus that the Apostle Peter proclaimed in Acts 2:22 & 10:38 both places same message that the one God of the OT raised up his promised Messiah through the line of David, one like Moses and the one who would speak the words God gave him to speak and do the miracles that he did.Acts contain the facts! It all began there.
