JB visits his old moonshine partner and best friend's grave at the end of the season. JB and Popcorn Sutton brought moonshining into the mainstream with their techniques and knowledge.

suttons grand son was actually my history teacher, his name is Jesse Sutton. He taught American history in Florida. Honestly one of the best teachers ive ever had.

For folks who dont know popcorn Sutton, he is literally a legend of the moonshine business. He was beyond a legend. Never had to pay for a dinner. The local cops loved him. Sad ending. Hank Williams bought his recipe rights to The moonshine
