Fighting 101 - Where should you Look in a Fight #shorts

I will share where you should look when you are in a fight or boxing match. Your Eyes should be facing forward all the time for you to be able to see all the movements and punches of your opponent. You don't want to be looking away as the punches that do the most damage, are punches you do not see coming.

Exactly..same as Bruce Lee said in his one of his movies.."never take your eyes off your opponent" .. because the most dangerous and the most damage is the attack that you cannot see.. coming

Thank you so much, earlier I had this bad habit of losing focus from the target like looking sideways when throwing a punch but now it is gradually improving, all thanks to your lessons

Even a couple years down the line in martial arts I still sometimes question if I'm looking in the right places during sparring. Seems this is really solid advice, as I've had success with it!
