Stuttering is so bad that it still occasionally crashes during some dragon bosses with flashy red lightning effects. I try to look at the ground to avoid it ahahaha. FROM really needs to get their shit together and outsource this issue. They are not some small time niche company anymore, it's really frustrating how horrible the PC treatment is.

I haven't had any stutters in my playthrough yet (which is ab 90 hours already). But i have seen many people talk ab it so it probably a thing.

Despite this place being a good PVP spot, its a mess when comes to frame rates. Get stutters like crazy if rains there.

I noticed something odd with the stutters that I didn't see documented anywhere back when I had huge issues with it. Plugging in a usb device seems to cause them without fail (hubs seem especially bad), one thing to check is if you've got anything plugged in that likes to disconnect and reconnect itself. My game was unplayable until I found out my usb hub was being fucky as all hell and constantly reconnecting, switched it out and problem solved. Honestly smells like an anticheat problem rather than a porting issue.

If you can, try leaving device manager open on another screen and checking if the list is randomly refreshing for no reason (esp as a stutter is happening). Device manager refreshing is an indication that something's just connected (even if windows doesn't play the lil badoo sound).

Seems about right. I don’t have the best pc but encountering issues like this or the “summon disconnects” just discourages me. :/

It's actually funny how everybody talks about the stuttering but ignoring the instant bleed and frostbite build up which took instant 80% of the HP.

This may seem like pc only, but I play on ps4, and sometimes my game straight up crashes when I try to summon someone.

I use an amd radeon rx 560 with 2 gbs vram and I've never had the game stutter that badly... Mainly bc it runs at 15 fps on the lowest settings.

Hadn't any stutters like that myself, but im playing on 30fps lol
