Fabulous, this is good advice, I would love to see more about onboarding and culture but there is only so much you can say in 7 minutes. Hiring is one of the hardest things to do in an organization. Thank you, Sarah. Here is a related idea for a possible future video >>> "do the divorce before you do the marriage" >>> dissolution plans?

Any tips where to look to find underestimated talent? This is the hardest i think especialy in europe where a lot of employee missing the hunger to drive due to well paid position.
