I provided my range. Do you think is possible to negotiate even though I provided with a salary range and the offer is within the provided range. Or you think I can negotiate if I would like to negotiate for the higher number within the provided range? Thanks in advance!

Hi Holly, is it okay to negotiate your base salary even if the recruiter tells you they can't increase it? I am asking for Tesla where the recruiter first said they can't and when I told them about a counter offer, they increased it a bit. I feel it's still less and therefore want to push harder for it.

What can I do if I’ve given a salary target when I submitted my application but from speaking to the hiring manager I’ve realised that the job is more senior than I thought. Am I able to negotiate higher than I originally stated because I’ve got a better idea of the role?

The Q&A section says offer is non-negotiable. And only flat relocation stipend is offered. Do you agree I should just take it?

Hi Holy. I got rehired in Amazon after a gap of 4 months. I was an L2 in my previous role and now I got selected for an L3 role. I don't have any experience other than in Amazon. I'm happy but the recruiter offered me the same pay as it was at the time of my leaving. Is there any room for negotiation or is there any policy that is being applied for my rehiring?

Haha this is too great, why couldn’t you have been my recruiter? Going for an L6.5 role right now (final round scheduled shortly) and I haven’t spoken to my recruiter once! I’ve also had follow up questions & had to follow up days later confirming whether or not they received my previous email, etc. Not fun! But alas, I am conscious that there’s a lot going on right now / they like have a lot of candidates they’re working with.

Since Amazon just changed their base salary max, where can I find up to date data to support my negotiations? Seems like what’s out there could be outdated.

the recruiter offered me €38, 000 a year for Amazon Vendor Services Senior Catalog Associate. She said she will check if I can get a better offer, I did not give a number. She told me it is a strong offer so they really want me, and it is L3 position and I can be L4 within a year. I have to relocate from Sweden to Netherlands but there is no relocation package. Any idea how much can I get them to increase it without getting a "no" answer?
