Dear Dr Prasad,
I am 50y female diagnosed with FPHL grade II, on oral Minodixil 2.5mg and Finasteride 2.5mg for 6 months. I underwent Acell+PRP in India 5 months ago and since 2 months I have increased hair fall and the hair that is shedding is mostly small from a few cm to 3 to 4 inches. Is the increased hair shedding because of the PRP treatment? I read that PRP treatment initially causes increase hair shedding. Why are small hair shedding?
