I am a 67 y/o woman that was diagnosed with Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia 5 years ago. To help slow down the process, my dermatologist injects the steroid Kenalog every 3 to 4 months to the areas where I am losing hair due to scar tissue as a result of the Alopecia, and also prescribes daily 200 mg of Hydroxyquin. It creates such anxiety and I feel overwhelmed every time I wash, dry and have my hair colored. I would appreciate hearing your opinion if PRP would prevent further hair loss with this particular type of Alopecia. Thank you for your help.

Hello. I am getting the PRP treatment however I wasn't able to be consistent with the treatment meaning I didn't attend the appointments regularly and I just got my 5th session. I do see that there are lots of baby hair that's growing out but I can't see any significant change in the hair density on my scalp. I am worried, what should I do? What should be my next step?
