Would the reporting requirements apply to little girls? 9 and 10 year old girls can be physically stopped from going to police and even going to school, such as during summer break. When I think about how young some girls who I knew personally started their periods, there's no way a 3rd grader has the maturity to look up a timeline for reporting a loved one's abuse. Will these reporting deadlines be taught at school? If so, at what age would that begin being taught?

As a former Agnostic (non-religious),
I still believe the Government should NOT prevent women from having abortion if they need (or desired) it.
BUT as someone who has studied Spirituality and the existence of the Soul (in a logical way in the lives of hundreds of people),
