- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 5 almonds
- 2 brazil nuts
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- dried fig, apricot
- cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 tbsp carob

- 4 medjool dates
- 1-2 tbsp tahini

- 1 banana
- almond milk
