We didnt actually hear the question to know if the vid title was accurate. Assuming the title is correct then it is a question about speculation on how far we can take AI. That said, we (humans) are making some notable progress in emulating aspects of the brain, but still very far from anything remotely like human intelligence. There are still huge advances needed in hardware and modelling to reach that sort of level. Still, there are legitimate concerns about AI even in its current state, most notable being autonomous vehicles which are getting pretty close to being a reality. One such concern is how to determine whether or not an autonomous vehicle is safe under the vast variety of scenarios that the vehicle will be exposed to. How do you know that it won't run into a crowd of people in order to save the occupants in some emergency conditions for instance?

i think regarding AI we know atm its not like terminator etc. however i dont see a reason why it should be impossible in the future that we somehow got to a point where it gets very similar to humans for example. in that case we get closer to the terminator stuff.

Elon Musk who knows a lot more about AI than you do Mr. Chomsky sees AI as a tool that can be misused at the very least. So I’d say you’re wrong.
