I was a senior in HS in the fall of 1979. This brings back a lot of memories. CB radios, shopping malls, my beautiful gf, and a lot of friends...some who aren't here anymore. Good times.

I was 21 years old in 79 I had the time of my life job great friends working on our cars at the garage hitting the bars every weekend then came the 80s things changed we all grew apart got married bought houses live our lives it now into the golden years things are a lot different now I do stop time to time a think about what it was like back then time marches on so fast I truly don’t know were it went anyway thanks for the memories

Turned 16 in 1979, drove an old 67 Mustang I bought from money earned sacking groceries. First thing I did was rip the AM radio out for a Kraco stereo so I could listen to all this great music 😉🔊🎵🎶

Class of 82', nothing today compares in music or moral values! Deep blue skies, white puffy clouds, drink from the water hose, all those "dangerous" toys not a care in the world! Schools actually taught history, math you needed, cursive writing and the pledge of allegiance and prayers. Now they want to teach my young grandchildren sex, and they were born in a wrong body🤪👉WTF👈?! Our food was edible, minimal candy, soda, junk food and "jabs". Thanks for sharing these top 100 songs!!! Some I didn't care for. I graduated in 1979 & it was awesome!!!! I felt free, dated who I wanted to, went to the clubs & we danced for 💃 heels 😓👡👡👛👠👠🪩. I took some classes to get my license. Then, moved out of my mom & dad's in 1980. I met my husband of 43½ years 💒💗💍💐👰🏼‍♀️🤵🏻🥂🍾 & had our 2 daughters in '81 & '83 🐤🧸🍼!!! I loved the '70s & '80s so much, I wish I could go back in time. 🥳 Now, we have to sit & coordinate with each other's upcoming doctor appts on our calendars 📅!!!! 😂❤ We're in the sickness & health of our vows. I don't even want to think of the last one, we love each other so much!!! 🥺😥❤️👩‍🦳🧓
