Partial Fraction Decomposion

preview_player
Показать описание
This precalculus video tutorial provides a basic introduction into partial fraction decomposition. The full version of this video contains plenty of examples and practice problems with repeated linear factors and repeated quadratic factors. Partial fraction decomposition is the process of taking a complex fraction and breaking it into multiple simpler fractions. It's the reverse of adding combining two fractions into a single fraction.

I just wanted to say thank you. I'm a rising sophomore taking precalc over the summer, and you've explained this concept better than the course instructions did, only in a quarter of the time. The fact you are making guides this quality for free is amazing and your helping so many people <3

For those who are just learning this concept, it might seem pointless but it is not, when you get to Calc it will make your life so much easier for certain problems. I am in c2 and never remember learning this but now I needed to know how to do it so I looked it up, and your video was super clear and easy to follow so thanks for posting. If I had known how to do this in C1 I would have used it a lot.

Edit: looks like a lot of other people in c2 are also just learning it, I would have thought this is an algebra 1 or 2 topic

I know that everything is going to go well when I find that what I am currently studying is covered in one of your videos. You are one of those very few people out there who actually make sense all of the time. Just thank you. Thank you.
