You should try AME 11. I tried every OS in this list the only one that keeps it’s performance consistent is AME11.

Did you selected all customs os power plans on ultimate, some custom os comes with their own power plan or some set in balanced by default that make difference more in latency and fps in some games, i want to confirm that the comparison is fair or not.
