why i didnt find localhost after i install xampp then i open " localhost " still cannot find but it show another bitnami web??

if you set auth type to cookie, you dont need to write the password in the config file. that doesnt make any sense to me.

Thanks so much. This worked perfectly the first time. however, after uninstalling Xaamp and trying to do these steps again, I can not get it to show the edit privileges tabs. Any ideas>?
