Do you work with datasets not currently available in the Earth Engine Catalog? Have you struggled with ingest tasks? Interested in curating and sharing datasets as a community resource? In this session, we’ll explore approaches for bringing your own datasets into Google Earth Engine, drawing from lessons learned while building the Awesome Earth Engine Community Catalog, which includes more than 100TB of open access data curated by users, for users. Learn about EE manifests, data ingestion, Cloud Optimized Geotiff (COG) reads, registration, and more. We’ll also share tips and tricks on submitting Community Catalog requests so you can help the Community Catalog continue to grow!
